Further Modifications

Co-pilot allows the user to further customise their lead optimisation process by modifying any newly generated molecules. This allows the user to incorporate the often iterative drug discovery process and make improvements/modifications along the way.

At the bottom of the collapsible results window for any individual molecule is the option to modify the specific molecule further. This could involve further modifications that tailor the molecule towards the user’s needs using similar prompts as before. This generates another set of 5 molecules (for modifications on Mol_1, the results will be named Mol_1_1, Mol_1_2…)
