By intelligently modifying the core structure (scaffold) of an input molecule, this module generates novel chemical molecules that retain the original molecule’s essential properties. This enables researchers to explore diverse chemical spaces while preserving pharmacological relevance, paving the way for more robust and optimised lead compounds.
